TDLR: If there is some element of power of the Continuity of Government (COG) that stays with the former Commander-In-Chiefs (C-I-C) until their deaths, that power is currently held by either Jimmy Carter or Donald Trump. Assumption is that Biden did not ever get C-I-C authority due to a SPLIT in Executive power arranged by Trump's PEADs due to being in a "State of War" as of March 2020 due to attack by CCP with Covid-19 bioweapon. Biden holds either a dumbed-down ministerial version of POTUS or President title only. However, he may be President of NOTHING if previously that "President" role was effectively CEO of US Corporation and it has been dissolved.
The future implication of this possibility is that by the end of Trump's 2024 term, he will likely be the only former Commander-In-Chief alive for a reason. With all others publicly announced as dead.
This may indicate that Jimmy Carter needs to expire publicly before Trump's 2024 inauguration, especially in the event of a contested election or Constitutional crisis.
This may also indicate that Biden, Clinton, Bush Jr., Obama, Cheney, and Pelosi will all be publicly dead sooner than later, likely by the end of Trump's next term on January 20, 2029.

Yes. I think Johnson and Ford cover that contingency since 1933. Bush Sr. is covered since he became POTUS, but may have had transfer to him (supposedly temporary July 14, 1985) due to Reagan health. Dick Cheney may have had temporary power transfer twice during Bush Jr. term. Pelosi may have been "acting President" during part of Biden term due to Kamala's ineligibility. Both Cheney and Pelosi may very well already be dead (privately).
Unclear if Mondale (under Carter) ever had temporary power, but this maneuver by cabal would not surprise me, but this is a moot point now since Mondale is publicly dead as of 19APR 2021. Note that Nelson Rockefeller, Ford’s VP was likely executed for treason (attempted murder of Ford) in 26JAN 1979. And this may be why his son, Michael Rockefeller (a.k.a. Mike from NYC) who faked his own death became such an evil ringleader who likely had to be executed as well in 2020.

Initially, I thought he was executed, but he might still be alive helping white hats behind the scenes. There are some comms that he may have flipped, especially after his “handler” Barb (a man, imo) was executed earlier on 17APR 2018. Dates are important and this one looks like good guy signature to me. Death dates are often on dates of the criminal’s most heinous act or crime and I think this is tied to Barb’s murder of a Bush daughter via “leukemia”.
