Ken Griffin is an entirely corrupt Wall Street nutcracker. Everybody in finance is afraid of him, so he can do whatever the hell he wants to do. Even if one of his employees were brave enough to blow the whistle on his criminal doings, it's unlikely that the regulators would act against him: he's too powerful to be controlled.
