Quietly, in April of 2020 the USPS changed its protocols on how long it held the scanned items for. The scanning of everything came in after the clowns in America sent anthrax through the postal system 2001 time.

So the USPS would hold scanned item data for 6 years, in April of 2020 they changed this protocol to only 30 days, before any lockdowns were even talked about.

And 30 days after the Nov 2020 Presidential election, the USPS changed the protocol back to 6 years!
