I would assume from the he was "killed" and then his killer conveniently "died" in prison that they just moved them around and gave them new identities. The whole thing is an obvious cover up.

Obviously they had a fall guy and then another fall guy to get rid of that one.

They were desperate to get rid of Kennedy.
