I don't think there was any infiltration, we just opened the door for General Galen and his entire nazi eastern block intelligence agency. Who'da thunk they'd would turn the entire CIA agency into nazis, that is unless the CIA was already fascist nazis. Regardless, interesting to note that "Murder Incorporated" didn't get its start until Galen was on board. I guess dogs do learn new tricks.
