Is it time to consider a Declaration of War on Mexico?

The country of Mexico is pushing an invasion of the USA, and has been doing so for many years.

I realize the FJB "administration" (fake and gay) would not do this, nor would the current ball-less Congress, but is it time to start that discussion amongst the People?

I'm all for a war with Mexico to destroy the cartels and implement a pupet govt and police for that will actually clean up the country
