More people need to be doing this. Problem teachers will leave of their own accord.

A Colorado school board was taken over by Trump-loving conservatives. Now nearly half its high school teachers are bailing.

Bring back strong Vets to teacher programs. Many retired military need a job after their service.

Edit to mention that even vets will need to be thoroughly vetted, of course. Anyone near kids needs to be put under the microscope.
