It's a genius move when you consider Musk's goal. He wants to get Left and Right together on the same platform to fix the divide. The division has caused a serious echo chamber problem. The great deplatforming eliminated a lot of the centrists that tried to bridge the gap as the deep state don't want people to discover they have common ground.

Also, it's great bait to slap every Lemon tweet with a community note. Or a good opportunity to demonstrate how small Lemon's audience really is without deep state backing.
