So I finally got the Wu Flu

Entirely unvaccinated, caught it from my vaxxed sister and her kids. Surprise surprise.

I have some ivermectin on the way, and fully believe that injecting myself would have a worse effect, but I'll be honest it's a hell of a flu.

It's kicking my ass. Can you guys pray for me?

Time to open up that "cures" bookmark on here.

I had something a couple of weeks ago and just hit it with everything in the COVID box. Got plenty of sleep. Tried the nasal rinse. Took several hot showers. Kept an eye on the pulse oximeter just in case. Ran a fever at some point. Babied myself more than I ever have with any sickness and was back in action a day or two later.

I think there's something to be said for treating your throat/nasal area directly. Rinses, gargling, sticky health drinks like golden milk, etc. I'm gonna integrate more of that technique next time I get a cold.

I'm sure you'll feel better soon!!
