I don't know Yaccarino's background (she is not yet a Wikepedia entry), but her speech strikes me as being the precise diction of someone who has learned excellent English from a different original language. Very conspicuous enunciation.

Where her name occupied the CEO slot on the list which is now listed as Vacant at this time.

Wikipedia is an amazing toolkit for opensource information.
