I just say to always be skeptical of everyone and everything. My threshold to earn trust is essentially unreachable.

Further to the point, with how people justify Trump's awful picks before, those same justifications could be used here.

I am willing to observe both sides of the aisle; I don't trust Flynn, but I sure do hope he's good. Same with Elon.

I can like things they're saying or doing, but I'm not going to let myself get caught off guard by a knife in my back again.
