She can’t understand why I support Trump. She said I’m not poor, stupid or a hillbilly and she didn’t raise me to be a racist. And she gets enraged when I try to explain my reasons to her and starts yelling or hangs up the phone. Hopefully we don’t have to discuss politics 🙏

Why would you even want her to have dinner. You know she is going to bring up the politics to start the fight. You understand that right.

I guess I get it she is your mom and you love her regardless but I have a brother just like that. I know better than to bring up politics but he always brings it up than hangs up if I say anything at all.
