There are still a lot of people that will never like Trump because he comes across to them as rude, and I don't mean the deranged haters, I mean regular apolitical types. I don't think that's really how he is, or more likely, I think he exaggerates his in your face style. The reason is sort of psyop-related. I remember hearing years ago that it didn't matter if you absolutely hated an ad as long as you remembered the message and the product. Plop plop fizz fizz, etc. I think military intelligence knows this and Trump has been honing his "your fired!' arguably obnoxious persona, to shock people into hearing his message. So many people hated the "fake news" and "crooked Hillary" and "low energy Jeb" and "Lyin' Ted" but no one ever forgot it. And begrudgingly you start to think, "well she IS pretty crooked." Not since Reagan have i seen someone care more about getting what he wants than caring what people thought. Reagan would play dumb on purpose. He didn't care that people made fun of him if it distracted them from what he wanted to accomplish. Reminds me of the SNL skit with Phil Hartmann, who was hilarious. Why Trump Doesn't Care That Some People Hate Him
Watch the video! KEK
You're arguing that Trump's personality is universally likable?
I know many that don't 'hate' Trump but don't care for his gruff delivery, either. They're not shallow and they have multiple personality types, as well. Most people who know Trump don't tune into the MSM, as well. So it's not programming.
People who require the president to be "likeable" are brainwashed.
People who require a politician to be "likeable" are brainwashed.
People who require any leader to be the "type of guy I could have a beer with" are brainwashed.
In fact the best leaders will be unlikeable ASSHOLES. They will be DISAGREEABLE, it is the primary characteristic of a real LEADER.
I rather have a rude but honest man than a polite liar.
Rudeness never sends anybody to Hell explicitly. Lying does send people to Hell.
I wish I could updoot your reply a thousand times. Every single person that has informed me of their dislike of Trump parrots the same talking point. When asked as to why they don't prefer him or didn't vote for him, it's always about his personality. Hey, gasoline is $40 a gallon but please go on as to how you don't like what he said to someone 25 years ago. Sadly we have been programmed to not even recognize what a real leader looks like.
We have way too many god damn LEADERS, did you ever think of that?
Same thing with Politicians.
99% are working against my interests and spending this country into oblivion
How about we completely disband the Federal government and see how that works out??
Our republic is too precious to just throw away and leave a vacuum in its place. For one it would be replaced and the odds are it would be replaced by something FAR FAR worse.
So what would be these people's response to someone like Hillary who called us deplorable? Or Cruz who lied about Ben Carson? Do these people think nobody should defend themselves, or just Trump?
I've never found President Trump to be gruff or any of the other descriptors used by the lizards. He speaks plainly, as truthfully as possible, and I really resonate with that. He's disliked because the slimestream media has told the sheeple what to believe for many years. If they gave POTUS praise, most in America would love him.
I only know a couple people who dont like Trump. They are not leftists either, they even voted for him the second time. But when you try and pin down why they dont like Trump they have no answers. Every one of them starts mumbling your typical MSM talking points. If thats not from the constant gaslighting I dont know what else causes it.
you're
So glad we have spell Checkers like you to fix voice command mistakes..
People often take offense when their typos or grammatical errors are pointed out. Personally, I cringe when I realize that my message was not as I had wished. Sometimes it can be edited, other times it cannot.
I'd like to suggest that we strive to spell correctly and use our grammar properly. Think of what our public fool industry has produced--we communicate much less effectively because so many were never taught. Why would we be satisfied to wallow in ignorance or carelessness? I admire President Trump for many reasons but you can be sure that if I wrote something to him (and I have), I would read it, re-read it, read it out loud and then hope I had it as polished as possible.
Our founders probably would be appalled at how slovenly we've become with the written word. My comments have become more what I wish since I use Grammarly; I'm pretty sure it's an extension with the Brave browser. Anyway, just MHO.
