Russia, Ukraine to receive African mission on potential peace plan, Pretoria says

South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said on Tuesday that Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukraine's Volodymyr Zelenskiy had agreed to meet a group of African leaders to discuss a potential peace plan for the conflict.

They've been doing that for years now even decades! They aren't controlled by the Khazarian Mafia anymore. It's impossible to control politically insolvent and geographically impossible countries using central banks.
