I've been reading the report too. It's a lot to metabolize but each time I revisit it, something else jumps out at me.

I don't think it's coincidental that this peace negotiation is announced the day after the Durham report was released. I think that most of that "war" was a distraction after the bio weapons were taken out, along with whatever other DS stuff they have been doing in Ukraine - the rest has been a distraction. Time to look at Durham and what is going to happen with all of that. Which makes me tingle v with anticipation.
