It is impossible to downvote any reference to The Princess Bride (possibly the greatest movie of all time, so you get an automatic upvote), but I am not a rodent of unusual size. I am not following a rodent of unusual size. There are no ROUS's here.

The Cabal is a ROUS. I'm not sure how that works with this meme, but... somehow it should be reconstructed in that direction.

Perhaps worse, about 30 seconds after the bottom picture, "Cabal" and "Deep State" killed "Q"...

This needs to be flipped on its head.
