I'm glad you posted this. There seems to be way too many people who have bought into the idea of what the MSM claims "assault" is when the legal definition is quite different. Clay Higgins knows more about what he can and can't do than the rest of us. Remember, Clay Higgins is a former Sheriff and being in a GOP majority Congress, they run the Capital Police.
