What is that role? Not entirely sure...I think partially it is to crowd actual RINOs out of the Republican primary field and secure only MAGA candidates going forward.

Either DeSantis is part of the plan or he turned. Think logically about which is more likely.
We will have to watch how this plays out and not be douchebags to each other while it does. Nobody really knows anything about this. Only what they want us to know except we do have a few knowns as we watch.
Fact:
DeSantis will never be 2024 winner. That is a fact. POTUS supporters will never put anyone else in his rightful place. They would rather watch it burn then get screwed out of it a second time.

Before the talk of him running in 24 based on his performance in Florida he would easily walked in to the job in 28. If this is real and he is going to do this with intent to win he will forever burn any chance he had of being the president of the United States.

Circling the drain will have some hold outs that believe they still run the news business. 2 years without POTUS has crushed news rooms. If Biden lives long enough to campaign again it will not be televised. What will be televised is a WWE style campaign of POTUS and DESANTIS. They will get all of the free coverage. Billions worth.
What would be EPICis a showdown between the 2 that ended with DeSantis being vice president. They could even play it as DeSantis stepped aside for VP and actually being one. Start and organize programs to get the country back on track to take the chair in 28 and ensure those changes remained in effect.
Any attempt by DeSantis to win would be the end of the Republican Party and sadly push division in the remaining patriots.
Agreed. Frankly I like the OP's theory, but will hold out on buying it for a bit more evidence, Q and otherwise.
