That is HIGHLY likely. They bounce him without ‘incident’ to avoid the enlisted female soldier from making it front page news. If they UCMJ her, they gotta UCMJ him too. Thats bad press. Better just reassign her and smack his pecker. 100% chance he is in the Pentagon making coffee for 3-4star GOs next week.
