Col. Gregory Mayer, who ran the 5th Mission Support Group at Minot Air Force Base; Maj. Jonathan Welch, the 5th Logistics Readiness Squadron commander; and four unnamed subordinates lost their jobs due to a “loss of confidence” in their ability to lead, Air Force Global Strike Command said in a release Monday.

Late August 2007: The unauthorized movement of nuclear weapons from Minot AFB to Barksdale AFB. This is either a sting operation, a cover story for a mutiny, or the Cabal was threateningly demonstrating its capability and intent. It is definitely not an accidental loading and transportation of nuclear weapons and flying them to Louisiana.
Also in 2007: PRISM begins. This is the Military spying on everyone, including the CIA. Six years later, Snowden (employed by CIA) reveals this FISA program, in an effort to destroy the NSA by obliterating their tools used to fight and defend.
September 25, 2008: The Air Force disciplines 15 senior officers, including six generals, in connection with the errant shipping of nuclear missile nose cones to Taiwan in 2006.
I believe they were nose cone detonators. So we are talking about non-nuclear explosive devices, just a component of the missile, and mostly harmless by itself. I’m guessing on par with C4. When discovered by Taiwan it was presumably on the way to China so they could get that technology for their weapons systems. I’m assuming Taiwan returned them, if I’m remembering correctly they notified US Mil when they realized received parts weren’t helicopter batteries. But that’s from memory. Could be wrong. I think they shipped via USPS too. Basic freight from east coast to west coast, then to Taiwan.
Presumably the broken arrow that flew to Barksdale was returned to Minot.
