I wonder if he is using "guilty" in the legal sense of the word. As if a crime had been committed, but I don't think there is a crime called being a "white supremacist" unless I am totally mistaken. Besides I think white supremacy is fake in today's world. It is more likely that people who can't make it are lazy, can't do the work to get there, or don't want to, or they just don't care (whatever the reason it is on them and not on any population, white, red, black, or yellow).
