For him to get hit with Treason, is to Validate and Naturalize him as a U.S. Citizen, which he isn't since he went to school in Indonesia....

He is a FOREIGN SPY, and an Agent Provocateur, he is NOT a U.S. Citizen, and by ALL RIGHTS, we should be able to Kill him since we are in a War, undeclared War, but War all the same....
