"Menstrual Dignity Act": 1) Boys don't menstruate. 2) Why in K-12 bathrooms? Doesn't the administration know that GIRLS don't start menstruating till 11-12-ish (puberty)? 3) Why free? Girls should bring their own feminine protection products to school.
