Garbage in, garbage out. The woke Universities have effectively nullified their credibility. I would much sooner hire a fresh out of high school graduate with work ethic and potential rather than ANY college graduate. We have to train and teach them anyway, why bother wasting time trying to deprogram when I can be teaching them how to do the job? The only exception would be a conservative with potential and a good worker ethic.
