A friend is becoming a US Citizen - but they are requiring both the VAXX AND BOOSTERS to be eligible. Does anyone know how to get an EXEMPTION?

The friend is (understandably) worried about calling I.N.S. to inquire (and therefore 'register himself' as a vaxx-denier).

Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, utilized the US Constitution. As I remember, articles 8,9, and 14 seem to pertain most. But THAT is the ONLY thing they need.
