And why is it always "was set to" or "just about to" or "was going to" but never actually did?

Easy. If they can prove this to be false ( it is ), they say the CF was not trafficking kids in Haiti.

There is SHITLOADS of proof the CF was trafficking children in Haiti. Every anon should be familiar with it..
