I really respect Derek’s thoughts but after a couple of minutes my eyes start to glaze over- at the end I can’t remember or recite back to a friend all the laws, codes and EOs that justify his claims…there is such a thing as information overload-I understand it’s all rooted in military versus civil law…this is not a short outline-just give us civilians the bottom line Derek…
