Yes it's def AI. Look at Trump's hand. More than 5 fingers. This is a common way to ferret out the AI generated stuff quickly.
With that said, it's actually surprisingly good. Great sense of movement and light, above-average likenesses of the two, etc. I was pretty impressed. Computer talk pretty one day.

I find it sort of fascinating that AI cannot get this right. I see it again and again.
But aside from the arms and fingers (weirdly this is what AI does not do well), the light and movement conveyed by the "brush stroke"s and color choices ... increasingly I am quite impressed by what AI can achieve. AI is already superior to what most painters can do, it seems to me.
