I agree, but he isn't hated by half the country, I doubt more than 20% actually hate him, maybe 15%. The polls and votes are rigged, the majority of Americans are Trump supporters.
Don't get caught up in our own echo chamber. It depends on where you live. Where I live (suburbs of NoVa) the hatred is visceral and widespread. Not just the "usual suspects" in minority enslaved communities. Soccer moms and many in the (alleged) Church are fervent in their pledge to support anyone but Trump, even if they don't like or believe in the option as long as it is anti-Trump. There is hope, however, because of social issues surrounding children. Even liberals want safe streets and good education. Perhaps the enmity will dissipate, but for now, in cities and suburbs (face it, that';s where the power is) the TDS is real.
. Trump is my hero as he never gives up, never gives in, and loves this country. Better to know who your friends are...He is thinning the herd.
More importantly, he is probably one of the very very few people in this world (maybe ONLY one) who:
Has no skeletons in the closet no matter how deep you dig
Passed all tests by the military to check his allegiances
Does not mind sacrificing himself for the cause
More importantly, does not mind being so much hated by half the country

he is hated by those that watch shows like madcow, morning Joe, and late night comedian assholes. People that have no mind of their own.
Those shows have less than 1 million people watching apiece. Your average youtube, twitch, or instagram influencer is more influential at this point

I hope he is on our side
The last point doesn't really make sense, in my opinion.
He has endeavored, more than any other President in the last 30 years, to reach across the aisle with an olive branch.
Its not what he did for the other side, but how he is portrayed. Him having to be hated by the left was an integral part of this plan.
