Sauce please. How does this photo prove Eye of Horus and Trump calling out the elite??

I'm don't like DeSanctimonious much now. However, this photo looks like someone taking a picture and a cellphone and hand in the way of his eye! This shows not intentional Eye of Horus! Am I wrong??
