My apologies for throwing water on a victory. My first thought was yeah- The Supreme Court and what Army? These people are past paying any attention to any decision or law. They just do the same thing a different way and lie about it. Now I know the rule of law has to be laid down first. But I admit impatience watching total disregard for every law on their part. Ultimately, as the old saying goes it is not worth the paper it is written on without honorable men and women willing to obey it- unless there is an enforcement mechanism in place.

"John Marshall has made his decision; now let him enforce it!" - Andrew Jackson, regarding a SCOTUS decision he didn't like.
The "Due Care" clause is a massive double edged sword. It's one of the few things that very effectively constrains the executive.
