Looks like a lot of the same shenanigans we've witnessed both in America and Brazil. Is something big about to happen there, something that will be a sign of things to come here at home?
If they pick Erdogan, they continue to crash their economy, but they distance themselves from a dying NATO and align themselves further with an increasingly powerful Russia.
If they pick Kilicdaroglu, their economy will still collapse, but slightly slower, and they will further integrate themselves with the West, which will put their energy from Russia (80% of total imported energy) in jeopardy.
IMO, its a simple choice. Most Turks I know online and irl are not in favor of Turkey being a NATO puppet.

Turkey has two choices here.

I haven't been following it very closely, but I heard that there will be a runoff on Sunday. I'm sure Erdogan will win.
