I think it was "the devil" not "the evil" because the AI chat had The Devil as one of the attendees.

I feel like the Soros story was a FF to take over the news cycle if the Durham report had been shocking (I mean, it was shocking to a normie, I guess). But then Soros had to come out and say "I'm not dead" ... kind of like another ammo waste, IMHO.
