I watch the whole video...he doesnt say whites should shine the shoes of blacks although he implies it via the story he tells and his action thereafter but it seems hes trying to make this like the modern day feet washing that Jesus preached of. The difference is Jesus would have us wash feet as a sign of love and service, not to virtue signal based on race
