I don't know what happens in the employment process in the US, but here in the UK we just don't have this problem with tranny Marxist unicorn fart teachers. Yes our teaching system is 'woke' and agenda-driven, but we don't have the actual bodies on the ground driving it. Our teachers are generally moderate and sensible. What the hell happened in America to allow these actual fucking pedo clowns into your classrooms en masse?
It's simple really. You have to have a college degree to teach in most schools. The craziness spewed from college professors and other peers is getting magnitudes worse every few years. Now connect the dots.
