We don't know when it will happen, but we do know it will happen. Eventually, the 'plan' will come to fruition. And I'm sure we all want to be at our healthiest and best when that happens.
I was thinking that perhaps we could have an ongoing thread where those interested would post their routines and even questions about how each of us can be our healthiest. I'm sure there are those here who are bodybuilders, for instance. Perhaps they could post about what they do, what they eat, etc. There are probably those who want to get in better shape. Perhaps they could post questions specific to their concerns and the frens could answer.
For instance, I would love to know what my fellow frogs are doing on a daily or weekly basis to keep fit.
Exercising? (What kind)
Eating a certain way? (what, specifically)
Taking supplements? (which ones)
Let's help each other get as strong as we can, physically and mentally. And if people are interested in this idea and would like to partake, I will eventually post some info about our spiritual health, as well. What do you say, frogs? Are you ready to get in the best shape of your life? Let's gooo!
Dont forget white salt - equally deadly as well.
Yep, this is why eventually you will end up giving up anything processed from the store.
I included salt.
I don't know how I missed it!
Actually the Salt(sodium) protects your thyroid. Thyroid function is primarily regulated by thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), It is secreted by the pituitary gland to control thyroid hormone production and secretion, **thereby protecting the body from hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism **. So cutting off the salt(sodium) is bad idea.
Is it the salt or the iodine in it? I've read it's the iodine that makes the difference.
You have to be leary of the common bulk salts. They are heated to 1200 degrees and it changes the attributes and you cannot digest it. We need the right salts, and we need the right Iodine.
Iodized salt is salt that contains small amounts of sodium iodide or potassium iodide. It's normal salt that has been sprayed with potassium iodate. The majority of table salt used nowadays is iodized.
So is pink Himalayan salt okay then?
Yeah, thats what I use. It has a lot of minerals, so its good. However the best is apparently black salt (has more minerals).
Wow, never heard of black salt. thanks.
BTW a friend of mine also swears by the salt from the salt lake city - but I cannot vouch for it.
