Alright, Frogs. I was delighted and a bit surprised by the positive response to my thread last night. With the mod’s indulgence, I’d like to make this a daily thread to help inform and encourage each other to do and be our healthy best.
Today I am going to do these things for my physical health;
I’m going to walk 20 minutes
Do a leg work out consisting of leg presses and squats
Do extensive stretching (I want to become as limber as I can.)
Spend some time outside in the sun and fresh air.
On the menu;
Dinner will be chicken stir fry
So, what are you going to do today to be your healthy best?

WWG1WGA toward our best and healthiest selves.
Thank you gobby. This is great.
Anyone with tips for arthritis relief? Today I will spend time outside. Also, read for fun again.
Also good fats.
Thank you sounds good.
I have found my diet especially sugar in all forms really gives arthritis pain the next day. I have pain everyday in joints. I'm currently going to try hi protein more veg's/fruit for this month and see how my body responds.
Yes, cutting out carbs and other sugars, along with increasing good fat intake will reduce and prevent inflammation throughout the body. Sugars also inflame the linings of the blood vessels, giving bad cholesterol places to deposit themselves and build up.
Eggs are truly a miracle food. 3-4 eggs daily will result in many physiological improvements.
Oh, I love to read and long for more time to do it. I'll post your question about arthritis relief in tomorrows daily thread op!
