On the 10th Jan 2020, an In Sillico (computer generated best fit @96%) sequence of about 30k base pairs was uploaded to a Chinese database, and SARS - COV - 2 was born.

I must add tho, the whole thing came from UNC Chapel Hill, Fort Detrick and DARPA years before imo.
