They took over our local hospital a few years before the covid stuff. You could see like a garage door shutting how it affected doctor- patient care. We knew it was happening then...it was happening everywhere. They took over our local city hall this last year. Again, when ya know, ya know. Ya know? They've put vanguard owned computer systems in place everywhere. So anything DMV, property related, legal stuff, medical records....stop me if I've missed something. The snakes are on the plane.
