Start over from scratch. Paper ballots. Separate federal state and local elections. Election workers selected like jury duty. Military and NG keep the peace until then. Term limits.

Paper ballots should be sacrosanct! We built this nation by putting ink to paper. The pen is mightier than the sword. Our votes should be ink on paper, just like our founding fathers dared.
