I haven't heard him yet. Doesn't mean it's bad or good. We may not know for some time ourselves. On the surface it looks bad, but if the purpose is really to accelerate our bankruptcy and end the fed it is good.

One angle nobody thinks about is it could entirely be comms. Bills like this entice people to go look at who voted for/against to see how their reps voted. Maybe it is designed to highlight certain people's votes like McCarthy, MTG, and Jordan versus someone like Gates.
