Blackout could be as simple as suppressing the habbening or some other form of commonplace censorship.

Makes me think of Bannon injecting Q and anons back into the normie sphere right before this weekend's events.

Hat tip/nod to anons, then this sequence of stuff happens, all interconnected naturally... But how? Yet another instance in which we will have to figure out the crumbs ourselves.
