I've only been tracking it closely for about a year now and actually made a spreadsheet to "observe" what changes in an attempt to see a trend (if possible).
In January 2023, there were ~4,006 cases that were unsealed. Where exactly they went (which counties), I don't know. š¤·āāļø Another autistic anon that doesn't have a full time job would be better suited to research that.
Edit: To further clarify, the "unsealed" and Sealed remaining" almost always add up to the total sealed indictments that have been logged into the database.

I guess Iād like to see a historical trend of the number of indictments, from say 25 years back.
Me too! In digging through the available data as reported on the site, as best I understand it:
November 2017 = ~9,000 December 2017 = ~11,500
