Grass isn't any "color", nor is anything else a "color".

Grass absorbs most "visible" light frequencies, but reflects others. Our human optical senses detect the reflected light frequencies and interpret it as color.

Other mammals, birds, fish or reptiles may see the same reflected light frequencies, and interpret it as being an entirely different "color".

Color is in the eye and brain of the beholder.
