Humans are not tigers and thus this is why this story breaks down.

Weapons grade propaganda has conditioned humans to be “tolerant” of others. Well, it is going to take some re-training for humans to no longer be tolerant of liars, psychopaths, predators, totalitarianists, sickos, etc.
