We decided against fluoride "anything" for the kids and guess what? No cavities. Floss/brush after meals. There have been NO problems. Also, the water where we are is not fluoridated either. They always ask about the fluoride at every check up and we always say no. None of our children are vaccinated (again, no problems) but my eldest daughter from a previous marriage had all of her vaccines and became epileptic after her one time shot of the HPV vaccine. Nobody in our family has had the covid vax, and I no longer get flu shots. Covid came through our household in Nov 2020. I had a few aches/pains (like flu), no fever, but lost my sense of smell for a couple weeks. Nobody else had any significant symptoms - definitely nothing respiratory.
We and our fur babies all drink bottled spring water....only used fluoride toothpaste as a child, then family changed to fluoride free.. and only one flu shot for hubby and me in our lifetime. Take vitamins daily and Ivermectin once weekly. Blessed with marvelous health and when we were children just a very few vaccines were required, now i wouldn't give my children ANY. Homeschool is the answer to MANY of our problems.
and i'm not conviced any of the jabs are worth the risk, especially these days when they're willing to sneak mrna in anywhere.
detox has a powerful effect on health. keep going. purge as many shitty chemicals as you can. not much you can't do with vinegar, olive oil, alcohol and bleach.

A few years back my teeth were a bit too discolored for my liking so I bought a tube of the Crest Whitening toothpaste and I used that whole tube. It worked better than I expected but I haven't bought another one since.
My kids brush without toothpaste. Any time they have sugar - or anything really - I have them swish and swallow.
Ironically I always have drank tap water. They say it dumbs you down but compared to the idiots around me I hate to think how smart I'd be if I didn't drink it my whole life. I give my kids tap water and my daughter is one of the two smartest kids in her school.

It's just very important that they spit it out when they're done. Also, try your best to get the flouride out of the drinking water. It's definitely not good to ingest.

"It's 100% covered by her insurance" etc.) I read too many negative things about fluoride. We don't get flu shots because at the age of 10 my daughter told me that she read bad things about the flu shot and it's not effective anyway. My child also got me to vote for Trump when she was 11 :)
