Time to take the blinders off with MTG.. She says she's maga but her actions say otherwise.

I’ve been suspicious of her because she seems like a caricature of what leftists think Trump supporters are like. The voice, especially. Even if she says something I agree with, the way she says it seems to set up all the late-night comedians to mock her. Shapiro is similar to this. Even when he says something I agree with, his persona is so nebbish and irritating that it makes you want to disagree with him. With Trey Gowdy, the way he kept messing around with his hair in weird ways seemed like the set up for some Daily Show bit. Back when Tucker wore a bowtie he seemed like controlled opposition too. Even if he said something good, the whole TV schtick of “I’m the guy who always wears a bowtie” seemed like a way to mock conservatives as out of touch prudes with antiquated style.
I've met her in person. Her speeches are very much a canned and repeatable thing that she does, it's almost an art form for her at this point.
But she's more interesting when just having regular conversations with her.
I'm not throwing in the towel on her unless I see something far more substantial than a text message slap fight. Please remember MTG and Trump were on the same page re: McCarthy.
This is true...she supposedly was on the phone with Trump during negotiations. With that being said, Trumps track record hasn't been so great.
Compared to who? Because looking at the full list of what Trump has done his track record is fucking amazing.
What do you mean compared to who? Trumps picks for his cabinet, doj, fbi, scotus, speaker, vice president...I'm sure I could go on. I'm 100% voting for Trump but I'm not going to act like he can do no bad. That's ridiculous. His track record for picking trustworthy patriots has been a huge weakness that he needs to address asap.
