Time to take the blinders off with MTG.. She says she's maga but her actions say otherwise.

I agree.
Remember:
-MTG AND TRUMP both supported McCarthy's speakership, vocally. If we are to criticize MTG for the McCarthy speakership, then we must criticize Trump for the same thing, or else we are hypocrites.
-With regards to the debt ceiling deal, while MTG did give her support, TRUMP NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO DENOUNCE THE DEAL AT ALL, DESPITE HAVING OVER A WEEK TO DO SO. If we are to criticize MTG, then we should denounce Trump for not calling out the bad deal despite having plenty of time to do so, or else we are hypocrites.
-With regards to the Jan. 6th tapes, I have a working theory on explaining what happened: I have a feeling that Trump told MTG to walk back the Jan 6th tapes release comments and she did. We know that Trump and MTG are in working communications together. I think that Trump is keeping the Jan 6th Tapes card on hand until it is the right time to play. Last week while everyone is mad over the debt ceiling deal is not the best time and MTG is wrong for that. I think the Jan 6th tapes will not be released until ALL pieces are in place and the timing is right, and that is for Trump to decide, since he has control over MTG, Boebert, McCarthy, and a lot others.
In short, I do not have enough solid reasons to ditch MTG. I will wait until she screws up, BIG TIME, or Trump denounces her. For now, my powder will still be dry.
Excellent points. Very well said. There are so many layers to the WH strategy and we only see a smiggen of what's truly going on. It's ok to call out actions we don't like but we may not want to throw the baby out with the bathwater. In this case MTG.
This movie has more twists and turns than left coast Hwy 1.
