The bigger question for me is who is VincentCrypt46 and is his posting meaningful?

Edit: too funny I am for some reason following VincentCrypt46 and didn't know it.

It wouldn't be shocking if Elon is in the know. How could he not be drawn to this sort of project? Maybe he was picked to deliver some military tech to us the same way the cabal did for Facebook, Google, etc.
