I don't know who is doing it but my posts are being deleted by someone other than myself without reason!

Commissioned only?

Would this, then, not include those in the militia, created by congress through the Selective Service program, deputized by M. Flynn?

Could this be seen as unconstitutional given that members of service are required to disobey unconstitutional orders and have a duty to defend and protect against enemies both foreign and domestic?
